Three of the largest and most prestigious retail chains in Saudi Arabia subscribe to PHILOSHOPIC SaaS solutions towards bringing new innovative services to the Saudi consumer.

Although details of the projects cannot yet be publicly disclosed, the key objective of all are common – bring new offerings to the demanding Saudi consumer. The fact that these retailers compete head to head, does not prevent them using the same Cloud Commerce Technologies provider to enable them differentiate and win in the marketplace. Each will launch a different set of in-store services tailored to their business objectives, brand and needs.  This demonstrates the agility and value of the PHILOSHOPIC platform & frameworks to align with each stakeholder’s own objectives, coupled with the constant commitment for an amazing consumer experience.

The projects are expected to go live in phases between Q3-Q4 2015 and will be locally supported by Retail Business Solutions (www.rbsme.com) the local PHILOSHOPIC partner.

PHILOSHOPIC & Univ. of Cyprus MBA explore new market innovation

PHILOSHOPIC enters collaboration with the University of Cyprus MBA program. A group of MBA students will work closely with PHILOSHOPIC to conduct market research and develop a go-to-market plan for a new innovative service powered by the SMASH Digital Wallet framework.

The team will explore the viability of a new nation-wide service that brings retailers, consumers and charities together allowing consumers connect with retailers at the time of checkout and transact through their digital wallet.

PHILOSHOPIC has committed to implement the service if this proves commercially viable while a number of our existing customers/users are backing this effort by providing data and business insights to the team.
