After years leading technology initiatives at major corporate organisations, Dem saw a clear gap — the region needed focused, purpose-built commerce solutions, not scaled-down versions of enterprise software designed for someone else's market. He founded PHILOSHOPIC in 2014 on a simple conviction: that retail technology could yield exciting experiences while remaining simple to use and manage. Today PHILOSHOPIC serves clients across 8 countries — and that conviction hasn't changed.
