Tamimi Markets – Project LeG
Our LeG (Loyalty, eVouchers, Gift Cards) project for Tamimi Markets, a leading supermarket chain in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represents an important step forward in enhancing customer engagement.
The LeG project initially included the implementation of a modern Loyalty program powered by SMASHRewards solution, along with the ability to sell eVoucher -SMASHeVOUCHERS solution – and multiple Gift Cards programs through SMASHCards, all tailored to meet the needs of Tamimi Markets.
The project then further expanded to include a consumer mobile app, a web-portal and a corporate website using our WEMS offering. More recently the introduction of targeted consumer promotional campaigns and other modern capabilities paved the way for creativity and ideas turned into customer value.
It is amazing that we started serving a retailer of 26 stores in KSA which today operates 110+ stores in KSA and Bahrain!
